John has been cleaning our carpets for the last 28 years. His work has always been impeccable! This time around the construction and restoration work done by others in our home left it a mess. We actually had mortar and thinset in our carpets! John was able to respond in just a couple of days. Now they look like new! I feel like we can now enjoy our holidays without the dirt and dust.
