John at Medalist Cleaning and Restoration cleaned my parent's home carpet that was frankly "gross". I don't know when it was cleaned last but there were various stains from drink spills and dog accidents and just plain dirty. We were listing their home to sell and didn't want the carpet to be a major eye sore. We also didn't want to pay to replace the carpet. John worked several hours and hit the bad spots multiple times and worked his magic on the stains.
